This bathroom is located in Land Park,
a beautiful home with so much
character. This bath was updated with
beautiful heated travertine floors,
Porcelain tile shower and custom door.
A jetted tub with travertine surround. A
custom glass counter sink with lighting.
This home owner has had us back to
do other beautiful projects in their
home.
This bathroom in Folsom was gutted
and the layout was kept the same. We
added a larger oak vanity with double
sinks and pull out drawers. Custom
five foot shower with sliding doors and
sunk in tub with tile surround and new
tile flooring extending into the adjacent
walk in closet and water closet.
These two bathrooms were part of a
whole house renovation. The front
bath was redesigned with dual shower
heads and grab bars in a five foot
shower. A custom door. New toilet and
double sinks with tile and new vanity
and tile floors and three foot tile chair
rail. The master bath included a new
toilet and corner shower and new
vanity. Both painted and new lighting
installed and new electrical. A
Thermostat controlled Tankless Water
heater was installed to accommodate
the two showers, kitchen and laundry
area.
These two bathrooms were in the
same color scheme. The design of the
bathrooms remained the same with
updating the vanities, sinks, lighting,
paint. Installing new tile floors with
tumbled tile and accentuating the
granite pieces within the tile. One
bathroom featured a five foot shower
and the other bath featured a tub.
