Hartigan Construction is a family owned business. We do everything in
house ourselves. From painting, to drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile,
granite, kitchens, baths, flooring. Pretty much you name it, we do it! We
contract limited outside subs. We like to provide our customers with
old fashioned friendly service. We are here to help you every step of the
way. From start to finish, we want to assure you that your job will run
smoothly. Remodeling your home can be a very exciting and exhausting
task. Styles to choose, colors that work into the scheme you have now
or perhaps want to completely do a new look. What ever it may be, your

CUSTOM TILE,MARBLE,GRANITE
We install all types of tile, granite and marble. We do counters, floors,
walls, even ceilings!! We offer flat lay or creative exquisite designs. We
want you to have a custom look that no one else will have. If you desire
granite slabs, we do those too, but we have it fabricated by a specialist
in their field and we prep the area for them to install on. Each look is
custom designed for each customer. We can refer you to several
showrooms in the area to choose your preference. Today the choices
are endless, from porcelain, slate, travertine, granite, marble. The
accents pieces that are now available to get that perfect custom look
are endless.
Whether you spend 2.99 a sq. ft. or 40.00 a sq. ft, be assured your
house will have a distinct custom allure to it.
KITCHENS & BATHS
One of our specialties is kitchens and bath remodels. From a complete
tear out or simply modifying the look of an old counter or floor, or
updating your shower. We help you design your kitchen or bath from the
ground up. Our years of experience will help you achieve the look you
want We welcome your ideas and or pictures of something you may
have seen in a magazine that you would like to incorporate in your
remodel. We work with several fine cabinet makers. We can direct you
to find new appliances that are on the cutting edge. From moving walls,
to building niches, installing electrical and moving plumbing, painting
and adding finishing touches that only you will have. Bathrooms now
have an endless array of choices. From custom heated floors, heated
towel bars, jetted showers and jetted tubs. Custom rain showers, water
flowing from your ceiling into your new custom tub,plus much more.
INTERIOR REMODEL
Are you feeling the walls crawling in on you? Time for a change? We
remove walls, expand your living space. Room too big, need to have a
wall to have two smaller spaces? We can make it happen. Want
rounded corners or see an archway appear? How about raising that
ceiling and including a soffit with soft lighting? We do it!!! You say you
want a skylight to bring in that natural sunlight, we offer that and so much
more. Looking for a custom look for your fireplace? Tell us your ideas
and Joe builds you a custom mantel in his shop. We do the tear out,
new wall board, painting and installing new stone work as well. Need
more space? We do additions too. Show us your plans and we'll give
you a competitive bid. Don't have plans, need an architect, we can help
you with that too. We also offer wood flooring and floating floors.
CUSTOMS DECKS & PATIOS
We build all types of decks and shade structures. From the small and
simple to the large or custom tailored for your backyard. We use
redwood, as well as Trex that is available in many colors. Need a new
railing or new steps? We can give you the new modern look you
desire. From stand alone structures, attached to your home or how
about a beautiful Victorian potting house? We add the finishing
touches,paint and seal it for you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Should your project requires permits, we will file all the necessary
paperwork and meet with the inspectors. We are licensed, bonded and
insured. We want you to feel comfortable with us and we suggest you
take at least three bids for your project. Please beware there are
un-scrupulous individuals out there ready to take your money and run. If
you're not sure, check the Contractors State License Board at
www.cslb.ca.gov While your there, check us out too. We sincerely
